Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer a worldwide delivery and we even ship to PO Boxes. The applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence.  

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders get shipped within 2-5 business days of the date the order is placed, but the delivery time depends on where you are located. Delivery times are estimated and will be provided in the order checkout and in your confirmation email along with tracking info.

We would love for you to have the best shipping experience, but as a small business we have little to no negotiating power with the carriers and local postal services who have also been significantlly impacted by the current Covid situation. We highly value honesty and want to be frank with you. Although most orders are delivered to our customers after 5-10 days, it can take up to 3 and even 4 weeks to receive your order. 

If you are buying a T-shirt as a gift for a special occassion and you are counting on quick delivery, we highly suggest you order plenty in advance or look for it someplace else.

What does the delivery cost?

The delivery costs depend on the order quantity and the destination country. The costs are calculated dynamically in the checkout. The delivery is free of charge for orders above 65 eur, which shall be applied at the check-out.

I think my shipment’s stuck or got lost!

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, please, contact our customer support.

I didn’t receive a confirmation mail or a mail indicating the shipment. What should I do?

Please, check your spam folder. Occassionally, Gmail places mail from first-time senders straight to your spam folder.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Return and exchange policy

Each t-shirt is made on demand and is, as such, not eligible for returns. We do however, offer a 20 % discount bonus on your next order for the dissatisfaction with the final product if you submit a reclamation within 7 days of receiving the item. The reclamation must include a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the disputable item element. In case of recieving wrong item (though it hasn’t happened yet) or an item substantially different to the one you ordered, please, contact us and we will refund your purchase or send you the correct item.

I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

In the world of global e-commerce, sometimes orders can get lost or stuck. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days from the date of shipping we will usually resend your order after we have investigated the case.

Can I get my product personalized?

If you can’t find what you are looking for, please, contact us for customization options. You can send us your own artwork and we will print it on the t-shirt of your choice.

About our designs and copyright

Printing technology

The printing method we use is DTG or Direct-to-garment (water-based ink is applied directly to the garment using inkjet technology), which is environmentally friendly since the DTG printers use almost zero wastewater and less energy, lowering our carbon footprint. The inks used for printing are water-based and free of harmful chemicals.

You item will be printed on demand using high quality super soft t-shirts made of 100% combed and ring-spun cotton.

Care instructions

DTG-printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn’t use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

It can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don’t iron the print. Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

A word on sizes

We would like to point out the importance of checking the size chart BEFORE placing your order. Certain things are not a given in online retail business, especially a global one where sizing standards often vary from one country to another. Our T-shirts tend to be slightly on the larger side and we recommend choosing a size smaller than your usual size. Please, note there is a normal tolerance for the sizes of 1-2 inches (2.5-cm) in deviation to those in the size chart. 

Please, take a minute to measure your chest and body length (from neck seam to the bottom of the T-shirt), then compare your measurement with our size chart in order to find your best fit.
