Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide delivery and even ship to PO Boxes. The applicable shipping costs will be added at checkout. You may incur import duties or other customs fees depending on your country of residence.  

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders get shipped within 2-5 business days of the date the order is placed, but delivery times depends largely on your location. Delivery times are estimated and will be provided in the order checkout and in your confirmation email along with tracking info.

We would love for you to have the best shipping experience, but as a small business we have little to no negotiating power with the global carriers and local postal services. Although most orders are delivered to our customers in 5-10 days, it can sometimes take up to 3 weeks to receive your order. If your purchase is a gift for a special occassion, we highly suggest you order well in advance.

How much costs the delivery?

The delivery costs depend on the order quantity and the destination country. The costs are calculated dynamically in the checkout.

I think my shipment is stuck or got lost.

I didn’t receive a confirmation mail. What should I do?

Please, check your spam folder. Occassionally, Gmail places mail from first-time senders straight to your spam folder.

I didn’t receive my order. What should I do?

Sometimes orders can get lost or stuck. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days from the date of shipping we will resend your order after we have investigated the case.

There is also the option of a bank transfer to our account as per the proforma invoice, issued if you place an order by e-mail. The prices are valid at the moment of placing the order and have no further validity. All prices include VAT.
